Casa Romazeira is a superb luxury villa with its own private heated swimming pool. Set in the heart of the popular and prestigious Carvoeiro Club immediately next door to the successful Carvoeiro Tennis Club. With a massive 530m² floor area over two levels and set in its own grounds the villa is private and spacious. The entrance hall into Casa Romazeira has a fireplace, this leads to large living and dining area with large patio doors onto the poolside terrace. There is a further large lounge with a second fireplace, comfortable sofas, digital wide screen TV and high quality hi-fi system. There are five large bedrooms, each with air conditioning and space for an extra single bed or cot. The villa has five bathrooms and a guest WC. The large kitchen is fully equipped; it features 5 ring gas cooker, micro wave, fridge freezer and eye-level dishwasher.

Outside features include a 9m x 4m private heated swimming pool, new in 2006, with a shallow end for children and roman steps for easy entry and exit; large terraces, palm trees, mature fruit trees and bushes. There is a barbeque area and plenty of sun and shade. In summer the coolest place to be is on grass and under a tree, there is plenty of both! There are sun loungers round the pool and on the roof terrace, as well as plenty of other garden furniture.

Casa Romazeira is an ideal holiday home for families or large groups, it is situated in Carvoeiro with its numerous restaurants, close to the beaches and only 5 minutes drive from the superb Pestana golf courses of Pinta and Gramacho. The villa is next to the superb Carvoeiro Tennis Club which has 12 courts, a large pool, bar, café, hairdresser masseuse and beauty parlour.

The beautiful old fishing town of Carvoeiro is ideally located for the famous Algarvian beaches as well as the stunning scenery of the Serra de Monchique. With the opening of the new motorway, transfers from Faro Airport to our villa could not be easier, taking no more than 45-60 minutes. There is plenty to entertain everyone within easy access, from a large water park, to the ancient Moorish city of Silves.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, one en-suite and two sharing a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower, there is a third bathroom on the ground floor accessible from the pool area. On the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms and a large open area suitable for reading, relaxing or sleeping! (There is a sofa bed here and it could be used as a 6th bedroom). Most of the bathrooms have under floor heating and electric towel rails. The separate laundry room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The villa has a massive roof terrace with shaded areas, sun loungers, tables and chairs - one of four or five different places to eat! The sea is in view beyond the trees. Overall the villa has a feeling of spaciousness and luxury, every room being light and airy. There are numerous areas both inside and out for privacy, even when full it never seems crowded. Casa Romazeira is a non smoking villa.

Carvoeiro A pretty resort which retains much of the charm of a traditional Portuguese fishing village. It has a pleasant sandy beach and plenty of bars and some excellent restaurants.
